Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Substance Abuse in Phoenix
Our Phoenix intensive outpatient program (IOP) supports adults with primary mental-health conditions, substance use disorders and co-occurring needs. IOP meets 5 days a week for 3 hours a day, typically 9 AM–noon or 6 PM–9 PM. Daytime, evening, telehealth and hybrid IOP options are available. A clinical assessment helps determine the appropriate path; people who need inpatient hospital-level care require a higher level of care.
Our clinicians create individualized treatment plans and help patients build coping skills. Aftercare includes lifetime check-ins, invitations to alumni events, and support with transitional living and sub-acute crisis needs as needed.
