I came to Nirvana Recovery when I was at rock bottom. I did both their PHP (in-patient) and IOP (out-patient) programs. I had been struggling with alcohol addiction since I was 18 years old, and I’m 34 now. Nirvana truly saved my life. I will have a year sober on 4/23/25 and I would not be here today without the guidance, care, and support from the therapists, psychiatrists, and case managers. They addressed my alcoholism as well as my other mental health issues (panic disorder, CPTSD, depression, and anxiety).

Even after graduating, Nirvana has reached out to ensure I’m doing well. They will always be there for you, whether you’re still in programming or not. I’ve felt more happy, healthy (emotionally and physically), or supported than I feel now.

If you’re struggling with addiction, I highly recommend going to Nirvana. It’s where you’re meant to be.

This PHP program saved my life. unlike most programs, The Owner, Mike, is very involved with everyone. He helps teach Saturday morning groups. He truly cares about everyones lives. The therapist Andrew is spot on. he understands more than you could ever imagine. he helped me dig deep into trauma i never knew existed. and helped me move forward with my life. My case manager Marcus was a very loving and supportive person with so much insight. his advice stuck with me. since than, most of the advice i give to others is the same i received from both Marcus and Andrew. Marcus’s life story Is beyond inspiring, he’s always gave me hope for my future. helped me find an amazing sober living. he has so many connections for anything you need help with. such as, housing help, job referrals, and so much more. he knows so many people in recovery that are willing to help. every-time I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to do something or get to a better point in my life. he was there to motivate, support, and keep me hopeful for my future. Thanks to this program, my life in recovery has opened doors for a future i would have never imagined. All the workers at nirvana are in recovery. So in any point in time you need someone or something. each and every one there are very understanding and supporting. they will do whatever they can to help you meet your needs. as long as you advocate for yourself. Andrew is always there to help advocate for everyone, he will help you learn how to advocate for yourself as well. This is one of the first programs I have seen, that doesn’t send you off when you hit your 30 days. They make sure they get you where you need to be safely. giving you all the resources to succeed. if you think you need more time they will give that to you. When it comes to other programs I have seen people get sent out to the street if their insurance won’t cover or they can’t find a sober living for you but Nirvana does anything and everything to make sure you don’t go back to the life you used to live. This program works, as long as you are willing to listen and try to keep a open mind and open heart. 💞

It was a wonderful experience an with the continued help of my case manager Marcus.I haved gained employment an got into a sober living house along with extended treatment to help further my soberity.I recommend Nirvana Recovery to everyone who is battling the disease of addiction.The entire staff are amazing they help me to graduate.With Marcus hands on help this is the best I have felt in 25yrs Nirvana an Marcus is the best thing to happen in my life next to my higher power.

I have never been in a program so involved as nirvana the programing has been the best I’ve ever been in the staff is the most amazing staff you will ever experience Marcus my case manager has been the most helpful and best person in the program he helped find my sober living he helped me process things I couldn’t even imagine processing I would recommend this program to anyone who is serious about recovery and wants a supporting loving staff hands down the best in town

Went to nirvana’s intensive outpatient program in phoenix for 90 days for my blues and alcohol addiction. They were very supportiive, everyone attendnig everyday seemed overall happy to be there. They saved my life, i recommend Nirvana.

Didn’t think i’d make it, but Nirvana helped me get sober from my addictions. I was really close to the edge of life and my addiction when I showed up at Nirvana. I ain’t proud of where I was, but I’m proud of where I’m at now. I did their partial hospitalization program in Phoenix, and that right there was the reset I needed. It was tough, no lie, especially the first 2 weeks without a cell phone, but they had my back every step. This rehab is Solid. No judgment, just people trying to better themselves. If you’re looking for a php in phoenix or a good drug/alcohol outpatient program in Phoenix that actually works, this is it. Grateful ain’t even the word.

Their inpatient residential treatment center is great. My insurance covered majority of my stay and I defntely feel much better after going to detox (which they set up for me) and then completing 28 days of the residential program in phoenix.

Recently completed residential treatment here at nirvana, i felt like I had support 24/7 after my detox. Food was provided, transport to the therapy center daily, and we did a lot of mndfullness stuff like yoga and some meditation whch i was never into but it was actually great. I’m now in the php program and feeling really good about sobriety. thank you aaron, mike, julia.

Needed a drug rehab in phoenix that still allowed me to work, so Nirvana’s phoenix iop worked perfect for me. It was 3 days per week in the eveninigs, so I could still work and work on my sobrerty with support. Thanks Nirvana Recovery and the staff members here!

I came to this drug rehab from prescott and I was happy I did. I lived at the php with housing and attended drug therapy with individual and group therapy 6 times per week. I am sober and motiviated to stay sober.

My experience at Nirvana recovery was a life-changing one to say the least the staff there is extremely caring and generous, and they help me through my time of need while attempting to navigate traumas on my own. I found myself in a miserable state of addiction. I’ve been 115 days sober now, and I have a new refreshed outlook on life after graduating their program. I recommend it to anyone. !

I attended Nirvana, the staff is great, the owner truly cares, and they really do their best to help you achieve your sobriety goals. One on one therapist sessions really get to root causes. Remember it works if you work it! If your serious about your recovery, this is the place to go!

I’ve been attending Nirvana’s Arizona alcohol treatment outpatient program for several months, and it’s helped me really understand and apprecaite sobriety. Life outside of alcohol addiction and drug use can be beautiful. I don’t have much family support, but I feel like Nirvana has become a great family to me. Thank you Nirvana!!

My name is Alfredo Jimenez when I first came to Nirvana recovery. I was kind of nervous. They got me in there right away. They really help me out as the days went by. Just didn’t know how to figure out who I was until I came to this program these beautiful people were really help you, going to meetings and helping you mentally they have great People like Aron, Mike Laura, Tyler Maria etc all I can say is wow I was a nervous person after two months.
