Residential treatment involves staying at the program. PHP meets five days weekly from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., including one hour of breaks and lunch on-site. IOP meets five days weekly for three hours, typically 9 a.m. to noon or 6 to 9 p.m. Ask whether telehealth or hybrid IOP is clinically appropriate and available.
Our center does not provide on-site detox or hospital inpatient treatment. If you need these services, an appropriate outside provider must address that need before admission to a suitable Nirvana program.

We offer mental health-primary residential, PHP and IOP paths at our Phoenix center. Share your current symptoms, diagnoses, medication and treatment history during assessment. Clinical fit and the support you need determine which available program is suitable. Adults can discuss residential treatment, PHP, IOP and outpatient care for drug and alcohol concerns, including co-occurring mental health needs. We do not provide on-site detox or acute withdrawal management. If these services are needed, care with an appropriate outside provider comes first.
